GRIDCC Status report meeting

Abstract
Brief minutes o It was confirmed that all those present who were responsible for producing chapters were on course to have the outline ready by next Tuesday evening so that we can read them on Wednesday morning before the meeting. o The authors of the security chapter were confirmed. o The importance of updating the use cases was re-iterated and Janusz will (try to) upload the currently available use cases and the templates to the website. More use cases are apparently available and they will be fitted into the template and uploaded. o The CVS is to be hosted by Elettra and will be available by next Monday or Tuesday. o I am to advertise the different mailing lists for the different WPs and subscribe people. The reason that I have not done already is because I have mislaid the passwords all but the general and admin lists and so have asked for these to be reset. There were no more issues that needed at this meeting and so it was closed. However, I still think that weekly meetings however brief are important at this stage of the project. Next weeks meeting I expect to be much longer and so I will prepare an agenda. I would like to use the CERN agenda maker software. To do this we either have to be a CERN related project and use the CERN installation or we take the software and use it (under a gnu GPL license). So are we a CERN related experiment, if so who needs to contact CERN? If not who should host our installation of the agenda maker (elettra?)?
