Abstract
Participants ------------ Brunel: Paul Kyberd, Peter Hobson CNIT: Franco Davoli, Mirko Polizzi Elettra: Roberto Pugliese, Milan Prica, Fabio Asnicar, Laura Del Cano GRNET: Costas Kotsokalis IBM: Shlomit Pinter IMAA/CNR: Giovanni Calice Imperial College / LeSC: Marko Krznaric, Janusz Martyniak, Asif Akram NTUA/IASA: Mary Grammatikou, Sakis Moralis U. Udine: Luca De Marco ------------------------------------------------------------------- * WfMS - WMProxy integration is now OK, direct calls tested successfully - New WfMS release will contain this feature, an installer needs to be written - AS integration this week - Editor can now create the BPEL file, Asif is now working on WSDL creation, but it will take longer as a WSDL parser needs to be written > Right now the form for BPEL creation does not do any validation, this needs to be added - PR & PR integration > Pre-release almost ready, dummy data provided, insertion should be possible > Beginning of next week PR should be available to the Imperial people for testing > GLUE schema extensions / preliminary version almost ready - Roberto comments on duplication of effort (this is already tackled by Elisabetta Ronchieri & the Elettra team) - CREAM/SRM/MCEInstruments integration: (Could not get a response from Imperial due to sound problems) > Likewise for WMProxy orbitfeedback workflow * Elettra to write scripts controlled through an engine integrated with the VCR, this will also use the GRIDCC \"commodity\" code * VCR/BPEL editor integration call arranged for Thu Feb 1st * Roberto: Request to check audio equipment before meetings, in order to be able to have decent conference calls * VCR - Integration with new IE working - Work on caching mechanism will go on now - Elettra can use an IE if there is something installed at LNL with sensible properties to get/set (noone from LNL to comment) * Commodity layer being worked on, Laura had some problems as CREAM was taken down for some time, now it\'s still up and Laura is working on it * Stable (not changing) testbed required with at least the basic components, Roberto and Costas to prepare a draft proposal and circulate it - People need to commit to maintaining this testbed * Security - Still same error for VCR, Laura working with Vassiliki to solve this - Some progress with the WfMS integration - Latest IE version supports the Kerberos subsystem - Information needed from LNL people regarding where this version is installed for tests * Time representation: - Luca pointed out that Powergrid (maybe others too) need the IE time to be displayed on the VCR (instead of the VCR time). Luca will circulate an email with a possible solution. * Testbed status - No input from Brunel on any developments w.r.t. installing the new CEs. - CREAM should be installed at IC by the end of the week - Roberto requested to have some info from LNL people regarding SRMLight * Integration / Release plan - Integration plan updated by Laura only - No change for the Release plan * All-hands meeting - Roberto suggests a scenario > Building the orbitfeedback workflow through the VCR, deploy and execute it (both with direct CREAM and with WMProxy submission) - Costas requests adding reservations to the workflow * Roberto making some general comments: - People need to participate, so that we have the information we need to go ahead with our work - Request for participants to check their audio equipment/sw before the calls so that we can have successful calls, otherwise there are many problems very often * Franco on INGRID\'07 workshop - About 30 submissions so far - 2 keynote speakers already secured - Maria Ramalho encouraged to have demos of our work at the workshop * A lot of progress with the AS - Auditing, rewrites/cleanup, DB logging of reservations, unit tests
