Status of the laser system development for FERMI

Abstract
Laser systems will be an important part of the FERMI facility and are expected to strongly influence the performance of the FEL. Most of the previous reports were based on literature data and preliminary measurements performed on available equipment different from the final FERMI lasers. This presentation will give an overview of the work in progress, including new data obtained on the recently installed systems, namely the photoinjector laser and the mode-locked fibre laser intended for replacement of the Ti:Sapphire oscillator fo the FERMI seed laser.
