All hands meeting:
Final decision: 28th and 29th of June 07 there will be virtual meeting to prepare the real meeting
The real meeting will be at Imperial on 2nd to 4th July 07
Final review:
The proposal is to have the final review on Mon 15th of October 07 at Imperial
to allow people willing to partecipate to the OGF to move there just after the review
No answer yet received by Maria
Anyhow in case Maria refuse to accept this proposal the GRIDCC project should have priority over OGF partecipation
Integration plan:
The integration plan prepared by Costas was discussed.
Comments: Roger needs input on the Performance Repository by Imperial and Francesco Lelli
If this input is not coming the deadline set on the plan will be difficult to meet.
Gaetano thinks unrealistic to integrate the policy repository with the IE and the VCR because
many things are not yet decided. Sakis is confident on the possibility to complete the integration.
Considering the status of the Integration plan we put the deadline of Wed 6th June 07 at 12:00 to send updated
We set the deadline of Friday 8th June 07 to update the release plan in a way to make it consistent with the integration
plan and the planned developments.
As a general comment, all the integration efforts should be completed by 15th of July 07.
Demos:
Even if all the demos should be ready on request with additional material (posters, etc)
we should focus on really exciting demos to impress the reviewers.
Decision on the selected demo should be finalized at the all-hands meeting
Luca De Marco needs the scenarious for the evaluation of the VCR.
Deadline for this by the end of this week.
