TMB Meeting

Abstract
Partecipants: Milan Laura Roberto Alessio Sakis Mary Costas Marko Luca Minutes: The goal of the meeting is to check the status of ELETTRA demo and plan action to complete it. There should be a meeting for each other application. ELETTRA demo will be organised in application scenarios. We will reproduce the scenarios prepared to evaluate the VCR. We will show the interactive features of the VCR (interactive access to resources) We will run the workflows. Here is the current status of the workflows: We consider OK if the workflow run from the VCR with success. 1) One button Machine workflow: OK 2) Orbit feedback workflow using the IE to run the correction software: OK but too fast to be monitored by the workflow monitor (not a big problem) 3) Orbit feedback workflow using CREAM to run the correction software: - the CREAM node is not working - the workflow is not running from the VCR because of lacking files - this workflow is complete and uses also the AS to reserve SE and IE but the AS seams be not working 4) Orbit feedback workflow using the wmproxy: - running but with a dummy jdl 5) Other problems are: Sometimes the monitoring is not working and out of sync with the workflow submission Any news about the PR and the QoS? This demo is not using them The PS is not yet complete The tunnel resources are not working The Script editor and the scripting environment is not yet installed We need to upgrade testbed.grid.elettra.trieste.it We need to prepare a video We\'d like to have the VCR demonstrated using a PocketPC There is now a public demo accessible from the www.gridcc.org website The www.gridcc.org website is obsolete! Action items: 1) Gaetano should commit someone to fix the problem with CREAM and keep it running 2) Marko will send to Laura the required files to run the workflows from the VCR (both CREAM and wmproxy workflow) 3) Alessio will install another CREAM node in ELETTRA 4) Laura will try to change the JDL to complete the wmproxy workflow 5) Milan will check the tunnel resources 6) Roberto should complete the jess classes to improve the PS performance 7) Luca will deploy the Script editor 8) Laura and Milan will update testbed 9) Luca or someone else from Udine will bring a PocketPC to run the VCR at the final review 10) When everything is ready Luca supported by Milan, Andrea and Laura will prepare video: it is preferable to have many small videos to include in a presentation and put on the website. We will also include the 3d video of ELETTRA to explain better what we are presenting. 11) Franco Davoli should commit someone to update the website
